This is my home for most of the year, so is well equipped and furnished.

I look for guests who will treat it with the care they would their own home.

My studio apartment is conveniently located in mid-town Manhattan on the Westside. Times Square, theaters, museums, Central Park and Lincoln Center plus Restaurant Row are all within easy walking distance. It is ideally suited for vacation or business trips. PLEASE NOTE I HAVE A ONE MONTH MINIMUM..

This is a luxury building built in 1989, which occupies an entire city block. It is seven stories high and runs around the city block, with gardens in the centre which are private to the apartments. The neighborhood has many excellent food shops and restaurants. The building has 24 hour security with a doorman and a concierge.

My apartment has a secure gated patio which opens onto the central gardens. There is a bistro table and chairs so you can dine al fresco if you like! Because it faces into the gardens it is very quiet. The large studio room has a separate bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, range and fridge with ice-maker. The bathroom has bath and shower.

It is ideal for one person or a couple or two friends who are happy to share a room but do not want to share a bed as the main studio has a queen size bed and a double sofa bed.

There is a dining table and chairs, TV, DVD/CD player, phone and a fax/copy/printer. Free internet connection.

All towels and linens are provided and there is maid service before and after your stay.
