fully refundable after stay.

TERMS
1 month minimum
Payment of $400 - being the security deposit plus $200 of rent confirms your dates and booking.
60 days before your stay payment balance of first month required plus cleaning fee
Each other month due 30 days after 1st payment.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel I return all of your deposit less $100,
as long as I can rerent the apartment.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDO
You may smoke on the patio but please NEVER inside the condo.
Minimum $100 charge if my cleaner has to do extra work to rid the condo of smoke damage. This will be deducted from your security deposit.
