My studio apartment is conveniently located in Mid-Town Manhattan, ideally suited for vacation or business trips.

  This is a luxury midtown building between 8th and 9th Aves.that has been featured in a PBS documentary, and has been credited with the start of the gentrification of the area which is now one of the most popular districts.

 

Seven stories high, it runs around the city block, with gardens in the middle that are private to the apartments.

The building has 24 hour security with a doorman

and a concierge.

The neighborhood has many excellent food shops and restaurants, and is within walking distance of all main theaters

and museums.
