PLEASE NOTE. This is not a party house.

We are in a quiet residential area which strictly observes the Palm Springs noise ordinances. Any excessive noise or outdoor music will result in police visits and fines which will be the renters responsibility.

Please remember there is NO smoking

inside the house

and pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail acceptable).

Cancellation will result in forfeit of all monies paid at that time, unless the dates can be sold.

If the dates can be rebooked, I refund all monies less $100.

For rentals of less than 28 days,

add Palm Springs tourist tax of 11.5%

For rentals of less than one month you have the option to heat the pool and spa at a charge of $40 per day.

For monthly rentals you are responsible for the utilities with a credit from me of $250 per month.
