     $475 night (3 night minimum)                     $2800 week

There is no absolutely NO smoking inside the house

and pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail acceptable).

Cancellation will result in forfeit of all monies paid at that time, unless the dates can be sold.

If the dates can be rebooked, I refund all monies less $100.

One time cleaning charge $225

Fully refundable security deposit $1000

For rentals of less than 28 days,

Palm Springs tourist tax of 11.5%

For rentals of less than one month you have the option to heat the pool and spa at a charge of $40 per day.

For monthly rentals you are responsible for the utilities with a credit from me of $250 per month.

Utility security deposit required.
