This is not a party house.
We are in a quiet residential area which strictly observes the Palm Springs noise ordinances. Any excessive noise or outdoor music will result in police visits and fines which will be the renters responsibility.
Please remember there is NO smoking
inside the house
and pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail acceptable).
Cancellation will result in forfeit of all monies paid at that time, unless the dates can be sold.
If the dates can be rebooked, I refund all monies less $100.

Cleaning charge of $250
Your payment includes a $275 credit towards utilities. The electricity and gas meters are read before and after your stay.
You are responsible for any amount over $275.
Passive solar heats the pool, and solar panels supply a lot of electricity for the house so any additional charges are usually minimal - if anything.
