This is part payment of rent, and the booking is confirmed
when I receive payment
The balance is due 60 days before your stay.
If you cancel I refund all payments
less $100 handling fee, provided I can rerent the condo.
The condo sleeps up to 4 people. It is not suitable for children under 12.
There is NO SMOKING inside the condo.
Maid service is provided every day except Sundays and holidays.

Shoulder Season $150 per night May, October $1050 per week
Low Season $110 per night June - September $770 per week
